I don’t believe we need any vitamin or mineral supplements if we are fairly healthy and we have no certain medical conditions as we can consume them (micronutrients) in a balanced diet. However, Vitamin D is tricky as we get it from the sunlight during certain hours but in the uk that becomes difficult from September onwards.
